Hi, I'm Trudi.

I bring a unique blend of empathy, advocacy, and conflict resolution skills to my role as your mediator.

My background in mental health, care settings, and my training as an IDVA and EFT practitioner have provided me with a deep understanding of human behaviour and communication. I am adept at creating a neutral and supportive environment for parties to explore their differences and find common ground. My international experience volunteering in India and Thailand along with work in the hospitality industry in Europe has strengthened my ability to navigate cultural nuances and facilitate effective communication in diverse settings.

I am committed to helping individuals and organisations achieve peaceful and sustainable resolutions.

With a remarkably diverse career, I offer unique insights and a fresh approach to mediation that goes beyond conventional methods. From concrete production on an Israeli Kibbutz to working as a Domestic Abuse Specialist, my professional journey spans industries, cultures, and complex human interactions.

I’ve honed deep listening skills in mental health services and children’s care, navigated cross-cultural communication while teaching in Thailand and Jaipur, and managed high-pressure expectations in international hospitality. This broad exposure gives me an instinctive understanding of different perspectives - precisely what effective mediation requires.

Clients often say I get to the root of issues faster than they expected. As a trained Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner, I bring an additional dimension to the mediation process. Both EFT and mediation aim to resolve what lies beneath the surface, ensuring real clarity and lasting solutions.

Where standard mediation can stall, I help create breakthroughs. My ability to think beyond conventional approaches means complex disputes get resolved efficiently and with minimal stress.

Together, let’s cut through the noise and find a resolution that works for everyone.
